📖 docs: ACMM is the AI Codebase Maturity Model everywhere - #10649

The README, architecture doc, CNCF reference architecture, hub learn page, dashboard config copy and ACMM examples expanded ACMM three different ways (AI-native Capability / Continuous / Codebase Maturity Model). The paper (arXiv:2604.09388) and the outreach skill use the canonical name: the AI Codebase Maturity Model. Align every expansion. ACMM was expanded three different ways across the repo (AI-native Capability / Continuous / Codebase Maturity Model). The paper it cites, https://arxiv.org/abs/2604.09388, is titled "The AI Codebase Maturity Model", and the outreach skill already uses that name. This aligns README, architecture.md, cncf-reference-architecture (md + hub html), hub learn.html, the dashboard config copy, the presentations deck and examples/acmm. No behaviour change.
