Closes #10609

Summary

  • Added Audit Log API summary fields for 24h hourly histogram, sensitive action count, today count and last entry.
  • Added the collapsed Audit Log mini-widget with shared sparkline, last-entry tooltip, today count and sensitive-action chip.
  • Added Go coverage for summary computation and static string-scan coverage for the collapsed renderer.

Validation

  • Not run locally per AGENTS.md; CI is the validation path for this repository.

Shared CI incident: the red checks on this PR (docker (hive), overlayfs-exec-guard, golangci-lint, relative links and anchors resolve, pkg/dashboard/pkg/hub test shards incl. TestAgentsCollapsedSummaryRendersPerAgentTiles / TestOpenAPISpecCoversEveryRegisteredRoute) are the v5 baseline breakage tracked in #10623, not this diff. Fix is carried by #10612; this PR is deferred until it lands, then needs a v5 merge/re-run. Note: mergeable_state is dirty — a v5 merge is needed anyway.
