feat(ui): add stable test tags to the prebuilt Compose views

What & why

• UI drivers built on UiAutomator have no stable way to find our prebuilt Compose controls. A Compose button has no accessible name, and its label is a sibling text node that isn't clickable, so a driver that taps only clickable nodes had to pick the button by its position.
• This adds an internal ClerkTestTags object with 47 tags, and puts Modifier.testTag on the clickable or editable node of each control in AuthView (start, sign-in, sign-up, session tasks), UserButton, the UserProfileView rows and account switcher, and the organization views.
• The tags are internal test hooks, not public API, and the strings may change. ClerkTestTags is internal and no public declaration changes.
• 42 of the 47 strings are the same as a clerk-ios ClerkAccessibilityIdentifiers string. Five have no clerk-ios identifier: clerk.organizationSwitcher.trigger, clerk.organizationSwitcher.manageOrganization, clerk.organizationSwitcher.switchAccount, clerk.auth.signUp.phoneNumber, and clerk.organization.accountList.personalAccount.
• testTagsAsResourceId is set on each view root and on each bottom sheet or dialog that holds tagged controls. Sheets and dialogs are separate windows, so the root flag doesn't reach them. A host doesn't need to do anything to see the tags as resource ids. A host's own testTag inside a slot under one of these roots, such as custom OrganizationSwitcher trigger content, now shows as a resource id too.
• No visual change. I recorded the 116 Paparazzi snapshots at main and at this branch and compared them byte for byte. None differ.

What to focus on

• Start with ClerkTestTags.kt. Most of the other files only add a modifier. The four that do more are next.
• ClerkPhoneNumberFieldImpl gets an internal inputModifier. The public ClerkPhoneNumberField applies its modifier to the outer row, not the text field, so this was the way to tag the editable node without a public API change. The start screen and the sign-up phone step both use it.
• ClerkSocialButtonImpl tags itself from provider.strategy, so every screen that renders a social button gets the tag.
• SignInFactorOnePasswordView: I pulled the footer's two click handlers into vals, because the added modifiers pushed the function over detekt's LongMethod limit. Behavior is the same.
• SignInSetNewPasswordView: PasswordInputs wraps its two fields in a Column. With a tag on the first field, the Compose lint counts two top-level emitters in that function. No snapshot test covers that screen, so I rendered it with Paparazzi with and without the Column. The two images are byte-identical.
• The MFA session task reuses the UserProfile add-phone, verify, and backup-code views. Those stay untagged here, because clerk-ios uses different ids for them in each context.
• clerk.auth.signIn.useAnotherMethod is also on the email-link screen. clerk-ios has that button there without the identifier.
• A few hunks in AuthStartView and OrganizationProfileFormView are whitespace only. Spotless reformats any file a branch touches.

The new Robolectric test ClerkTestTagsTest checks 17 of the 47 tags. 16 of them sit on a node with a click, set-text, or toggle action, and the membership tag appears once per row. The specs in #1046 use 18 tags on an emulator, 6 of which the unit test also checks. That leaves 18 tags that no test touches yet. I ran the 11 specs from #1046 that type no code or password against this branch with #1041 on top, on an API 36 emulator. All 11 pass.

On this head, spotlessCheck, lint for the three modules, verifyPublishedArtifacts, apiCheck, and detekt pass locally. The Paparazzi Verify workflow is disabled in this repo.
