Requisite diagram and enrolment steps

Summary

Merge after #145.

Before: a course's requisites showed as a prerequisite graph and a text summary.

After: requisites show as a merge diagram (met prerequisites in green, unpublished courses linked, no unlocks column when nothing follows) and as enrolment steps. Unit requirements link to matching courses and check tagged units, and admins can preview requisites as a sample student.

How: requisite evaluation and sample students in lib/coursemap, then the diagram and enrolment steps replacing prereq-graph.tsx. A last commit updates a diagram test that still expected unpublished courses not to link.

Verification

• pnpm format:check, pnpm check:repository, ESLint, tsc and unit tests pass; CI green apart from the Vercel preview (daily deploy limit)
