Summary
Merge after #144.
Before: courses had no tags, and the course explorer could only be searched.
After: course imports read tags from ANU's course pages, admins can edit a course's tags (collapsed under the record title, which now links to ANU), and the course explorer filters by subject, level or higher, college, area and tag.
How: four commits (the
course_tagstable and types, import and sync, admin tag editor, explorer filters).Verification

Migration
015_course_tags.sql. It is applied to haz's local Supabase only. Merging tomainruns the production migration job.
