fix(ci): send docs notifications to uniskela/com

[uniskela]

Problem

The docs notification workflow tries to mint an App installation token for uniskela/.com, but the actual private destination repository is uniskela/com. That invalid path produces a GitHub API 404 before the dispatch executes.

Changes

• Use repositories: com for actions/create-github-app-token.
• POST the dispatch to repos/uniskela/com/dispatches.
• Correct the setup guide's repository references.

This preserves the current DOCS_SYNC_APP_CLIENT_ID / private key, scoped Contents-write installation token, and main/release-only triggers. No secret changes or broader permissions.

Validation

The notification workflow only runs on main or published releases, so after merging, manually dispatch it on main and verify the receiver in uniskela/com runs successfully.
