Acceptance criteria

• Author the shipped skill and references using installed TanStack Intent, skill-creator, writing-for-agents, and writing-clearly-and-concisely.
• Use Intent’s library-maintainer workflow and cumulative planning records; register sources, synchronize metadata, record justified owned reviews, and run the native maintainer check while preserving unrelated work.
• Keep the same authoritative skill installable through the Skills CLI, verify one isolated discovery/copy installation, and explain its separate update/version behavior.
• Cover finalized runtime/types, identity, services, lifecycle, recipes, support evidence, and exact-version upgrade constraints with concise routing and reference disclosure.
• Validate shipped skill references through native Intent, compile useful examples through repository compiler fixtures, and check documentation consistency.
• Detect a changed tracked source and verify a justified update/review clears staleness; final human-doc changes are reconciled by the next slice.
