Spec: Complete the review-driven Effect API Query 0.1.0 programme

What to build

Vue and Solid guidance describes native reactive Query consumption of generated Core-shaped options and its real type and lifecycle limits.

Acceptance criteria

• Describe generated option consumption with select, defined initial data, skipping, mutations, infinite queries, and RPC/HTTP stream/metadata views.
• Keep public error/service/encoder/key inference verified by ordinary public API compiler fixtures.
• Explain reactive option rebuilding, first-value visibility, cancellation, and application-owned cleanup using the settled Core behavior.
• Document framework API/version scope and real reactive limitations.
• Introduce a framework entry point only for a demonstrated core-shape incompatibility; create no new showcase application.
