Bug Fixes

• Parameter Inheritance Resolution: Fixed an issue in ContractParser where child method and constructor parameters inherited parent docblocks by position index instead of parameter name when parameter positions shifted in subclasses or attribute constructors in problem with named parameters? #9 .
• Unrecognized Annotations Improvement: Prevented false-positive TypeError exceptions on custom or unsupported static analysis annotations by checking class identifier syntax before enforcing object constraints.
• Offset Access Resolution: Fixed type alias expansion and node preservation for T[K] offset access types in SpecialTypeResolver.

Features

• Constant & Enum Extractions: Added support for key-of<T> and value-of<T> annotations across array constants (including private/protected constants via Reflection), Enums, and array shapes.
• Integer Bitmasks: Added support for int-mask<...> and int-mask-of<...> bitmask flag validation.
• Offset Access Types: Added resolution for T[K] offset access lookups on array shapes, constant arrays, and type aliases.
• Scalar Types: Added support for array-key, uppercase-string, and non-empty-uppercase-string.
• Performance: Implemented static in-memory caching for constant and enum extractions to maintain O(1) runtime validation speed.
