Do not merge. Diagnostic for Mac browser-source failures seen in streamlabs/desktop#6269: the browser is created but never requests its page.

  • test:ci runs only the new test_browser_source_load.ts (load + refresh against a local 127.0.0.1 server).
  • macOS also runs it from a copy of distribute outside streamlabs-build.app, matching Desktop's unbundled e2e layout. Windows is the control.

Bundled passes / unbundled fails on Mac → harness layout. Both fail → Mac regression.

Temporary branch: runs only a browser-source load test, and on macOS also runs it from a copy outside the .app bundle to compare with Desktop's e2e layout.

Unbundled obs64 resolves a different outer bundle than its CEF helpers, so they cannot rendezvous. Passing --main-bundle-path aligns them; a temp env gate keeps the unbundled control run.
