Description
Reverts world height back to the original 256 but keeps the entity limit changes.
Changes
Previous Behavior
World height of 512.
Root Cause
Extending world height was out of scope.
New Behavior
World height is 256 again.
Fix Implementation
Reverted the 512 build height back to 256, but kept the other changes.
