Summary

Save a changed tool array and its reindexed canonical-mode map in one collaborative operation. Persist both in one write, preserve other block data, and reject updates to blocks inside locked containers.

Testing

Full realtime suite: 386 passed, including atomic tool-array/mode persistence and locked-container denial. Fixtures use existing Jira project selectors. App/realtime type checks and the cleanup review pass.
