The window fits the monitor's work area, the Windows setup stops when Redrob Shape is running instead of half-updating, and the agent no longer holds the install folder (#66).

What's done
Version bump 0.6.0 -> 0.6.1 (Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock) and the CHANGELOG 0.6.1 section: the Windows window fit, the setup's running-app check and the agent's home-folder cwd (#66).
What's not done
No code changes. The release itself follows: develop -> main pull request, tag v0.6.1 on main, release.yml builds and publishes.

Intentions
Ship the Windows fixes as a patch release so Redrob Launcher updates laptops to a reachable window and a safe setup.
