Close admission before a retained callback can win the race
If Admit retains write, starts a goroutine, and returns, that goroutine can acquire mu in the scheduling window before this code sets active = false; the retained callback then sends successfully even though Admit has already returned. This violates the documented post-return closure guarantee and can let a frame escape after the caller's authority fence has been released, so completion of Admit and callback acceptance need to be serialized without this gap.

Still OPEN in 849184a; this PR remains draft. The safe nonce/context fixes do not close the scheduling gap between Admit returning and active=false. Another post-return atomic store/defer leaves that gap; holding the same mutex through Admit would deadlock the supported synchronous write callback. The required strict closure promise is retained, and the docs now explicitly say the current interface does not yet enforce it. Proposed decision: replace the escaped write callback with an acquired authority-fence/permit returned to the library, which owns write and once-only release. That needs an accepted producer lifecycle contract for bounded CAS, pre-entry cancellation, release and unknown outcomes. No interface/authority change is inferred here. The retained-callback test proves closure only after the whole wrapper returns; it is not proof for this finding.

admission documentation to state that it runs while the Noise write lock is
held, must remain short and bounded, and must not wait on unbounded network or

do not require an in-memory-only fence or require every durable CAS to occur

the socket lifetime context rather than the per-send ctx; pass nil to use
fs.cancelCtx while retaining the existing pre-write context checks.

The optional native-frame hook checks socket-lifetime cancellation again after its entry notification and before the WebSocket write. An already-cancelled lifetime can no longer lose a ready-writer race. Caller cancellation after entry remains separate, and the nil-hook ordinary path is unchanged.

The existing lifetime test failed locally on the unchanged parent during 20 serial executions, matching failed hosted job 122639463935. The same unchanged assertion passes for all 20 executions after the fix; the focused socket/native suite and native race check pass using verified cached Go1.26.10 with downloads disabled. No assertion, timeout or dependency was weakened.Draft: P1 4307522994 remains open. The current Admit interface cannot enforce strict closure against a retained concurrent callback. The acquired-permit direction and native caps are not an accepted interface implementation or D2/Manager/MR-I ownership receipt. Positive acquisition stays closed; no consumer or mount is added. Current-head CI and independent approval remain separate gates. A post-entry error is uncertain, with no nonce rewind or retry inference.
Impact: Go SDK/internal native transport behavior and its engineering documentation are updated; public signatures, HTTP/credential contracts and CLI commands are unchanged. Feature availability/flags and Admin controls are unchanged. No persisted staff state, custody receipt, package/tag publication, deployment or provider acceptance is claimed.
