Slice 05 (OPR.0.7.0.5), part 1 of 2: the shared pieces that rig seat restart --keep-conversation (part 2) builds on. No behaviour change. Nothing in this PR calls the new helpers yet.

daemon/src/domain/native-process-lineage.ts	Exports the existing argv and Codex resume-token parsers.

Launch and resume. Codex fresh, fork and resume launches now go through the extracted preparation, and handover goes through the extracted cutover. Build's Claude+Codex pair reviews. The extractions overlap #1163, #1158 and #1072; whichever lands second rebases (dev-planner's sequencing).

On ovh08 (Linux) at this head, on main fec7772d, with TMUX unset:

• npm ci and npm run lint pass.
• The Codex adapter and resume, successor, handover, tmux-adapter and native-process-lineage suites: 12 files, 467 passed, 1 skipped. After the CodeRabbit fix, tmux-adapter.test.ts passes 141/141, including two new tests for reading and restoring a pane-local option.

A refactor with no behaviour change: every Codex launch form (fresh, resume, fork, both wrappers) composes the same commands, argv, environment and results as main, and the handover cutover runs the same TERM, wait and KILL sequence with the same messages. The new resume builder, verifier, tmux pane-option helpers, pid signal and parser exports have no callers yet. Required CI passed at this head.
