We didn't hit this before because owners of LDAP groups may not have been _in_ the groups. With PeopleMo, curators are in the groups. Jira: IAM-2112

Oops! Curators are also group members. The bug is that: we'd only ever tell Stripe about the last matched role. We want to send all roles.
From looking at the docs, this kind of thing should be supported.
