Adds a short Support section before the license: "If Aegis-DevOps is useful to you, a ⭐ on GitHub helps other people find it", plus an invitation to open issues and to report bypasses via
SECURITY.md. Curated lists such as awesome-tf ask for notability, and stars are what they look at.Also updates the stale test count in Development from 1257 to the current 1791. README only.
