Single SSOT for the Flow-v2 task board: model, canonical field/option IDs, the AREA-NNN-slug ID convention, per-repo linking, the status lifecycle discipline (HARNESS-010), views, the add-to-project.yml template (pinned to @v1.0.2 — @v1 is unresolvable), and troubleshooting. Resolves the dangling reference in OPS-002/OPS-003. Closes #269
