fleet: retire DeepWiki — header badge, README section, footer clause, .mcp.json

Part of lentago/.github#237 — the solidago half of retiring DeepWiki across the fleet, recorded as ADR-0010. DeepWiki has not earned its place on the fleet's front door: the documentation is written to be read directly, and the grounded Ask surface the practice stands behind is mitchella's. The .github half — the badge generator, the canonical footer, the org profile and the repo homepages — landed in lentago/.github#238.

What changed

• README header block: the Ask DeepWiki badge is removed, so the block matches what lentago/.github now generates (brand/generated/solidago/readme.md).
• README: the 📚 Ask this codebase (DeepWiki) section — big badge, blurb and starter questions — is removed.
• README footer: the read this repo on DeepWiki clause is dropped; the footer now ends at the org-profile link, as the canonical block in docs/voice.md does.
• .mcp.json is deleted: the DeepWiki MCP server was its only entry, so nothing was left for it to register.
