enableanddisablecfg files for !jRandomSkills@kus this replaces #284. Feel free to delete that if it is the case. I was messing around directly with the master branch and it was a mess... I also removed the GameModefiers since imo it doesn't make sense have two plugins that does the same behavior (being one 75% broken) as comments on #240
