awesome-entra is read by the people who administer what IntuneGraph models, and nothing of ours was on it. Records both PRs, the sections and the format rules that list enforces, so a rejected entry is not blindly resubmitted later. Also fixes the gap that had opened between the README lead and the repository description, since the index entry has to be the same sentence as both.

Submitted IntuneGraph and EntraHuntKit to merill/awesome-entra (774★, run by an ex-Entra PM), and recorded it so it is not repeated blindly.
docs/discoverability.mdgains an Index submissions section: the ledger table, the format rules that list actually enforces (one link per PR, alphabetical where the section already is, stars badge, full stop, PR title form), and the two things it does not spell out but a maintainer checks anyway — that the project credits its alternatives (docs/comparison.md) and that a contributor arriving from the list has somewhere to land (.github/).README lead line is realigned with the repository description. They had drifted — the README said "what actually applies to a device … the orphaned junk, all from a local, read-only snapshot" while the description said "a device or user … orphaned or broken assignments. Read-only Graph, offline-capable demo … Zero write scopes." The index entry has to be the same sentence as both, so this closes the gap rather than inventing a third wording.
Docs only; no code, no behaviour change.
