Recovered from an unpushed local branch (3bc12e2, 13 Sep) and pushed under a clean branch name. Unchanged from what was committed then.

README restructure — the MCP server now follows the 30-second demo command instead of sitting below the GIF. New: is dropped from its heading, and the GIF moves into a new One HTML file, zero network calls section that states the inlined-renderer design as a feature: no CDN, no web fonts, no telemetry, with a Pester test failing the build if the generated report links to anything external. It also says plainly that a report from a real tenant carries the data inside it and should be treated like the graph.json it came from.

Canonical description now leads with the MCP server, in docs/discoverability.md and the .psd1 manifest together, per the rule in that file that the two change in the same commit:

Turn your Microsoft Intune tenant into an interactive relationship graph, and ask your AI why a policy applies through the bundled MCP server. …

The reasoning is recorded alongside it: search results truncate, so the thing that separates this from flat-list assignment tools belongs in the first sentence rather than the tail.

docs/skill.md (new, 211 lines) specifies shipping the six read-only tools as a Claude Code plugin — manifest, marketplace entry, and a SKILL.md carrying the method the tools alone do not convey: check the snapshot age before trusting it, pin an exact name before querying, quote the Via path rather than paraphrase it, run a what-if before touching a group, never ask for tenant credentials.

Status: specified, not shipped. Nothing here installs as a plugin; the README says so and the checklist at the end of the file is the acceptance criteria for the change that would.

Docs and manifest metadata only; no code paths touched.

#9 is stacked on this branch and will retarget to main once this merges.

The MCP server is what flat-list assignment tools lack, yet it sat below the demo GIF.
It now follows the demo command, the tagline and description name it, the viewer's
zero-network-call design is stated as a feature, and docs/skill.md specifies the
Claude Code plugin - manifest, skill and the same six tools - as not yet shipped.
