Scientific software for experimental chemical engineering.
I develop open-source tools that make laboratory data conversion, reactor analysis, temperature-programmed characterization, and multi-instrument timing more reproducible and auditable.
| Project | Research workflow |
|---|---|
| Ordifile | Supported chromatography results → standardized, auditable Excel data |
| ReactorCheck | Reactor and GC measurements → unit-aware reaction metrics and QC |
| TPxLab | TPR, TPD, and TPO curves → reproducible signal processing and peak analysis |
| OperandoMerge | Heterogeneous instrument clocks → synchronized experimental datasets with provenance |
These are related independent repositories. Direct interoperability is planned only where public schemas and real research workflows provide enough evidence; they are not presented as a fully integrated suite.
- catalysis and reaction engineering;
- chromatography and temperature-programmed characterization;
- scientific units, provenance, quality control, and reproducible exports; and
- validation against selected public research datasets without collecting telemetry.
