μT-Kernel × AIの学習環境（micro:bit）

TRONプログラミングコンテスト2025の開発環境・ツール部門に応募する【μT-Kernel × AIの学習環境】の紹介です。

個人で購入可能で安価なライントレースロボットを使用し、

• μT-Kernel
• AI

を気軽に学習、試行錯誤できる学習環境を作成しました。

主要な機能は以下の3つです。

1. ライントレース
2. 強化学習
3. ロボットの姿勢（転倒状態）推論

主要機能1. ライントレース

ライントレースは下記のようにロボット制御の基本をバランスよく体験できるテーマだと思い決めました。

• 入力: フォトリフレクターで黒ラインを検出
• 演算: ラインとロボットのズレから進行方向を決定
• 制御: 進行方向にモーター制御

主要機能2. 強化学習

強化学習は機械学習の学びはじめのテーマとして丁度よいと思い決めました。 強化学習とライントレースの組み合わせで以下が体感できます。

• ロボットがライントレースを強化学習する過程でラインを外れたらロボットを再度ラインに乗せて強化学習を再開する
• 強化学習完了後に、強化学習で得た政策で実際にライントレースする

上のように強化学習の過程と強化学習の結果がライントレースという形で実際に目に見えて、体感できます。

主要機能3. ロボットの転倒状態の推論

ロボットの転倒状態の推論は、以下のステップで簡単なエッジAIを体験できる仕組みとしました。

• ロボットの5つの転倒状態（転倒なし、右に転倒、左に転倒、前に転倒、後に転倒）の加速度センサー値を収集する
• 収集したデータをファイル化し整形する
• SonyのNeural Network Console（以下NNC）で収集したデータを学習、評価し転倒状態推定モデルを作成する
• NNCでマイコンに組込み可能なCソースコードを出力する
• 出力したCソースコードをマイコンに組込む。
• ロボットの転倒状態を推論できることを確認する

すべてのソースコードは公開し、開発環境構築手順・操作手順をマニュアルに書いています。 μT-KernelとAIをライントレースロボットをとおして学び、体験する環境です。
