…h-app-login-to-device-flow Resolve conflicts with #3557: keep LoginWithOAuthApp removed, keep the thin LoginWithDeviceFlow wrapper, and use accessible queries for the Custom OAuth App menu item. Port #3557's unused test-ID cleanup to DeviceFlowAuthorize and LoginWithCustomOAuthApp, and drop the glass baselines for the retired oauth-app route.

Resolve conflicts with #3449, #3557, #3558 and the metric pill changes: keep main's structure (device-flow wrapper, custom OAuth app, removed test IDs, chevron directions) and wrap its strings for translation. Translate the screens main added since this branch was cut (DeviceFlowAuthorize, LoginWithCustomOAuthApp, device-flow start errors, ScopeStatusIcon, HelpPopover) and regenerate en.json.
