Problem
The T16 ledger rows still read as of 2026-10-20: the Helm version pin and the restarted-container dump are
to-file, and the helm-verify checkout bump waits on its own upstream pull request.Change
Four headers and one dated History line each. The dump is now the second commit of kagent-dev#71, so it shares that review and its 2026-11-17 fallback. The Helm version pin is kagent-dev#96 (draft). The actions/checkout v5.1.0 half of helm-verify stays fork-only, because proposing it would reverse the pin kagent-dev#86 chose. Documentation only.
