- Created `gallery-carousel.html` for a carousel display of MapStore deployments. - Created `gallery-grid.html` for a grid display of MapStore deployments. - Updated `index.html` to include new sections in the footer for Issue Tracker, Gallery, Contributing, Release Calendar, Project Steering Committee, and License. - Adjusted column layout in the footer for better responsiveness.

@Binabh we will keep carousel in the homepage and also the gallery as a grid, we need to review the code and remove duplication and mock section/files
Needed changes:
- Add carousel in the homepage with a few example not the full gallery (as we have now)
- reduce hero vertical spacing
- remove title, visit site and link to the project in the readme file
- Keep the gallery page in grid form and add all the accessible mapstore instances included in the README.md
- Link in the footer should be fully clickable, now only hovering the title is working
