Fixes #106

This pull request significantly refactors the ci-build.yml GitHub Actions workflow to simplify and modularize the CI/CD process. The main changes involve removing in-line job definitions for platform-specific builds and replacing them with reusable workflow calls, as well as cleaning up comments and improving maintainability.

Workflow modularization and simplification:

• Replaces the in-line macOS, Windows, and Linux build and packaging jobs with calls to separate reusable workflows (ci-macos.yml, ci-windows.yml, ci-linux.yml), passing required inputs and secrets. This reduces duplication and centralizes platform-specific logic.
• Removes detailed in-line steps for platform-specific builds (such as signing, environment setup, and artifact upload) from ci-build.yml, delegating these responsibilities to the respective platform workflows.

Comment and documentation cleanup:

• Removes or shortens many explanatory comments throughout the workflow, focusing the file on actionable configuration and delegating detailed documentation to workflow files or external docs. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Minor improvements and consistency:

• Updates some descriptions for clarity (e.g., version stamping description).
• Adjusts matrix job formatting for readability and consistency across jobs.

These changes make the workflow more maintainable, easier to read, and simpler to update as platform-specific build logic changes.
