fix(deps): close patchable prod audit findings - #23

Tighten pnpm overrides for proxy-addr, compression, source-map-js, ip-address, @grpc/grpc-js, brace-expansion, and e2b's undici8 alias. Bump hono and nodemailer to patched ranges.
