Add pnpm overrides for brace-expansion 1.x, http-cache-semantics, and electron. Bump desktop electron to ^43.5.0 and align apps/site Node engines with the monorepo so Dependabot can apply security updates. Co-authored-by: Gaffer.dev <drferdiiskandar@sentrahai.com>
