  • fix(state): keep pairing and the sign-in gate across an update from a fresh 0.4.14 install #1931, the hotfix: a fresh 0.4.14/0.4.15 install kept its sign-in gate and paired devices across an update.
  • feat(site): link the phone app icons to the Beta page and point to the beta from the hero and nav #1929, the ovis.sh beta links.

  Neither PR is from an outside contributor.

• release-summaries.json gets a 0.4.16 entry in en, ko, ja and zh, with fixed only: the gate and pairing fix, and the update staying on the new version. The site change isn't in the app's notes.

• REMOTE_BUNDLE_VERSION goes from 34 to 35 in shared/machines.ts, as scripts/release-guards.ts requires. Since remote-v34, fix(state): keep pairing and the sign-in gate across an update from a fresh 0.4.14 install #1931 changed server/devices.ts, index.ts, private-state.ts, push.ts, state-merge.ts, supervisor.ts and update-state.ts.

• The telemetry Worker is unchanged.
