+- Fixed startup migration from earlier release databases, including 1.6.6, by recognizing the additive `idx_reports_reporter_created` index. The missing allowlist entry previously prevented all recognized 1.7.0 schema repairs and caused startup to fail.
+- Expanded the upgrade regression fixture to cover the earlier report index, thread ordering index and submission-receipt schema together, while verifying preserved live receipts, deletion history and repeated startup.

Database schema versions continue to match the RustChan package release: successful 1.7.1 startup verifies the full schema before recording `1.7.1`. Existing content and administrator records are retained; unknown schema drift remains rejected.
