Description

Sign-in and sign-up identifier fields had no autocomplete attribute. The only exception was a bare webauthn when passkey autofill was on. Browsers, the iOS keyboard and password managers couldn't tell the fields were for an email, name or phone number.

Sign-in identifier: email, tel or username. Setups that allow either email or username use username. With passkey autofill, webauthn is added after the field name (for example, email webauthn). The token is stored per identifier in FirstFactorConfigs, next to that identifier's type, label and placeholder.
Sign-up: given-name, family-name, email, tel and username.

This carries on #10360 by @umeraamir69, whose commit is kept with their authorship.
