Ports two rounds of the chasey-myagi/skills polish into devkit so the plugin stops shipping the pre-polish versions (which still had the P0 install-time path 404 and no N/A scoring). devkit's three review skills had no independent changes — verified file-by-file — so this is a clean catch-up, not a merge. What lands: - code/test-review: fix rubric path that 404s after install, N/A dimension handling, failure modes + read-only boundary, real-report examples, calibration ratchet - linus-review: good taste promoted to dimension 0 (eliminate special cases, not just handle them), classic/civil tone dial, good-taste example Bumps devkit 0.5.0 -> 0.6.0.
