Prepare base-bash-libs-demo 0.1.2 from the clean main commit after the #64, #66, and #68 documentation train.
Included
The committed framework vendor remains the intentionally pinned Base Bash v2.2.0 release. Issues #65, #67, and #69 remain planned for v0.2.0.
