Test purpose
This draft isolates one experiment on top of the Next 16 upgrade branch to diagnose the header flash during Back and Forward navigation in iOS Safari.
Experiment 1
If the flicker disappears, the issue is in Safari compositing the translucent or blurred sticky header. If it remains, the next experiment will isolate sticky positioning and history restoration.
This is a temporary diagnostic PR and is not intended to merge as-is.
