fix(web): public home page without the stale Coming Soon popup - #247

Twilio rejected the FieldView.Live toll-free verification with 30491
("Website Is Password Protected or Requires Login"): the home page
opened with a "Coming Soon / launch Feb 15, 2026" popup over Owner
Login and Admin links, and rendered client-side only because the popup
hook read search params.
- Remove ComingSoonModal and its useWelcomeModal hook (home page was
the only user).
- Add an "About FieldView.Live" section: what it is, operated by
Noctusoft, Inc., support@fieldview.live, links to /sms, /privacy,
/terms.
- The home page is now a static server component, so the content is
in the HTML a reviewer fetches.

Twilio rejected the FieldView.Live toll-free verification (+1 877 343 5308,
HHcab24c3fd1abbe8fb9f89d54a197bc92) on 2026-10-07 with 30491 "Website Is Password Protected or Requires Login" (plus 30482, the contact email, which is handled outside this repo). The resubmission window closes 2026-10-21, and the reviewer has to see the fixed site in production.What the reviewer saw on https://fieldview.live/: a "Coming Soon! … LAUNCH DATE February 15, 2026 … Notify Me" popup covering the page, with Owner Login / Admin links behind it. The page also rendered client-side only (the popup hook read search params inside
Suspense), so a plain fetch got almost no text.Change
