Problem:
Updating a recipe’s photo can make its image disappear from the web diary, although it remains visible in the recipe and Android client.
Reproduction:
Reason why it happens:
The recipe edit endpoint (
PUT /api/meals/:id) stores an embeddeddata:image/...URL without converting it to an uploaded file. The web diary excludes these embedded URLs when resolving images.
