This is followup for #261
The one-shot image migration misses embedded images saved after its completion flag was set.
Scan remaining embedded food and recipe images on startup, retry failed conversions, and preserve concurrent edits.
I do not trust it enough to go with bug fix, so I decided to do it separately. I will be perfectly happy with fix only. It affected only one recipe for me.
