公开发现返回不可变条款的 Resource 引用，市场读取必须反映当前预托管状态。本 PR 在真实 PostgreSQL/Registry/executor 上补六种状态（额度不足、top-up、发布者暂停、领取上限、准确到期边界、关闭）的 search/CLI/history 一致性和全表零写入断言；另以真实 CLI 签名领取、重启 Application 后同请求重放，验证同 receipt、单 nonce、单奖励及全部行值不变。
docs/BOUNTY_ACCEPTANCE.md对 #72 原清单逐项列出断言，并区分当前 V4 签名验收与历史 V3 自动结算。PROGRESS.md 刷新 #187/#188 已合并和精确验收来源。Base c8ed261；head a40ffd2；tree 3547746691cc8600ef238fcde5ec168b22029cda。只改测试与文档，未改已发表 schema/签署语义。源文本 AST 检查通过；项目运行仅云端 CI，最终完整八分片、协议、质量与安装包演练待实际读取，不提前宣称通过。
