Conflict-resolution replacement for #331 after #330 landed. Keeps both Python test registrations in runtime/CMakeLists.txt.\n\nValidation run locally:\n- py -3 runtime/tests/test_setup_bios_assets.py passed (10 tests, 7 symlink fixture skips in this shell)\n- CMake configure passed\n- ctest -R setup_bios_assets_test passed\n\nNo retail game/BIOs launch was used; no BIOS mismatch was encountered.
