[Translation] Simplified Chinese translation for ASVS 5.0.0

Closes #3191.

This adds the complete Simplified Chinese translation of OWASP ASVS 5.0.0 under 5.0/zh-cn.

The translation was manually reviewed file by file against the English source, followed by a full-document consistency review covering terminology, requirement wording, identifiers, levels, links, and formatting.

Validation:

• python3 5.0/tools/translation_validation/validate_translation.py --translated-folder zh-cn
• All 27 Markdown files passed requirement and structural validation
• 345 requirement identifiers and levels match the English source
• git diff --check passed

Generated PDF and other output formats are intentionally left to the repository's translation integration workflow.

Hi maintainers, the Simplified Chinese translation is ready for review. The PR targets v5.0.0 as requested in #3386, and all 27 Markdown files pass the repository translation validator and the pinned Markdown linter locally.
