Repoint research links from 1.01-dev to 1.01.
Credit three 1.01 contributors missing from the Frontispiece before the PDF is built.
Replace lock-1.0.yml with one workflow for all released folders and extend lint and spell checks.

Header, frontispiece and preface were copied from 1.01 and still identified the dev folders as version 1.01. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

AISVS 1.01 release 🎉
Changes:
1.01-dev/to1.01/and update all references1.02-dev/and2.0-dev/lock-1.0.ymlwith one lock workflow for all released folders. The lock check fails on this PR by design because it adds files under1.01/, so it needs an admin merge.
