Remove the entire
tools/pdf/utility added in #1191: the build script, stylesheet, bundled images, README, and Python dependency manifest.The manifest pins
weasyprint==69.0, which triggers Dependabot alerts #1 and #2. Upstream documents a URL-fetcher bypass and EPS/Ghostscript interpreter exposure. Removing the builder eliminates these dependencies from the repository, as requested by the maintainer.Validation:
git diff --checkpasses; repository-wide searches find no remaining builder or dependency references. The diff deletes only the six builder files. Published PDFs and standard content are untouched.
