Docker inside the Dell's nspawn container needs --system-call-filter=bpf on the outer host. The 2026-10-09 runs used a temporary nixos-rebuild test from a separate flake that must not be switched to. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
