The release workflow now leaves builds as drafts. A maintainer command verifies the original offline and Runtime artifacts, supervises a separately reviewed private qualification package over the existing SSH connection, and publishes those same bytes only after the reviewed batch reaches main. Interrupted or failed execution preserves evidence and resources without importing previous pass reports.
This batch runs five bounded real smoke stages: fresh container installation, current lifecycle, one managed native Session, read-only diagnostics for that Session, and one current Runtime Session on one new node. The full multi-host, generation and GC matrix is not rerun. The current-only node protocol and shared component documentation remain aligned with main.
Validation: the preceding full repository gate passed; subsequent scope and foreground-process changes passed focused controller, process-control and private harness tests. Independent review found no blocking issues across the complete diff and the private five-stage package; 126 focused control tests passed. Real qualification and release publication have not run.
