Current operator guides still described historical installation upgrades and node re-enrollment for same-backend Runtime/resource changes. This change removes those procedures, documents the implemented generation rollout, and regenerates the site guides and configuration reference.
The contributor guide separates Environment resource management from Runtime execution and records capability unification as pending Linux-first work. Documentation status now distinguishes source implementation from release qualification and keeps BE-8 backend Agent aggregation as a proposal.
Validation: configuration generation, document facts, links/anchors, all 17 distribution tests and whitespace checks pass. All 19 source hashes match canonical commit cd6a32c, and all 35 generated outputs match their manifest. Fresh independent review completed; its three P2 documentation/source-link omissions were corrected and verified. The first server gate caught a removed-heading link; after correction, full CI make check/build (36439987898) and Sessions CI (36439987914) passed at db57eb1. The final f1d4132 changes only two bilingual metrics proposal documents: current Core/node observations are delivered, P0 Agent/Tool aggregation remains pending. Their links and routes were checked against the current contracts, with frontend ownership confirmed. Per the requested review/test scope, these small documentation corrections use focused verification rather than another blind review or real E2E run. No runtime behavior changes or new E2E matrix. This PR is stacked on #191 and does not qualify or publish the existing release draft.
