Summary

Adds WRITING_PROFILE.md — a working voice guide for all LOOKOUT communications. It synthesizes:

• David Rose's writing in Enchanted Objects and SuperSight
• Steven Johnson's narrative non-fiction (How We Got to Now)
• The LOOKOUT brand voice

The profile is organized so it can be applied at any scale, from a one-line patch note to a long blog post:

• Three voices, one paragraph each
• Six habits of the blended voice
• Prefer / avoid vocabulary lists
• Four narrative patterns (vignette opener, taxonomy, hummingbird, the honest small thing)
• A calibration table by surface (patch notes → essay)
• Before / after rewrites of real LOOKOUT release-note lines
• An eight-question pre-publish checklist

A companion personal skill (lookout-communication) has also been registered so the profile is applied automatically whenever LOOKOUT-bylined writing is drafted or edited.

Test plan

• Read through the profile end to end and confirm the voice matches David's intent
• Spot-check the before/after rewrites against the originals in releases/
• Try the voice on the next real release note and tune the profile from there
