• Open Command Center → conference, seat two workers, call a meeting; confirm mail lands in god inbox and the chair wakes when the CLI is healthy
• Click the boardroom table on the floor → conference tab
• With a blocked Ask Me card, confirm the strip appears above the composer and answer/dismiss works
• From Workers (or composer) start a temp with an objective; confirm spawn-request / live worker
• Leave an agent on the same doing-set past the hour mark (or temporarily lower the constant) and confirm hive/agents/<id>/handoff.md is written before clear
