Summary

Depends on #769 (Conference Room + desk deltas) — this branch is stacked on that work.

Adds a Stage Command Center tab with the floor shows already shipping in The Swain Office fork:

• Schrute Farms Mode — config flag; when on, Conference briefs and floor→god dispatches require threat model + rollback
• Dundie Awards — live awards from hive directory + board stats
• Fire Drill — hold Michael, elect interim, reassign doing-cards, all-clear
• Munder Difflin Camera — directory narration tour
• The Annex — sealed-wing check-in mail + floor door hotspot → Stage

No new IPC — reuses hive mail / holds / directory / config.

Test plan

• Command Center shows stage tab; open it and confirm all five sections render
• Toggle Schrute Farms; dispatch from Floor and confirm brief appends; call a Conference with flag on and confirm the same
• Hand out Dundies with at least one lasting agent and some board activity
• Fire drill: pick interim → Michael held, doing-cards reassigned, mail sent → all clear unholds
• Camera start/pause/narrate-now updates the log from the directory
• Annex ping lands mail on god; Annex door on the floor opens Stage
• npm run typecheck:web and npm run typecheck:node

Checklist

• Before and after evidence is attached above, under both headings.
• This PR is one change (Stage suite). Conference / Ask Me / temp spawn stay in Add Conference Room and the desk deltas the floor already markets #769.
